Welcome back to Chef at the Sky! We are well into 2017 and this is certainly going to be a year of wonderful surprises. The Kitchen team on board Sunborn Gibraltar are really excited to announce some exciting news in the next few weeks!
In the meantime I leave you with this weeks Chef at the Sky programme where i prepare our own version of the traditional Prawn Cocktail Salad. A light but refreshing salad which can be tasted in our A la Carte menu as well as on selected Sundays during Brunch.
