Chef at the Sky – Episode 7

Benvenuti a chef at the Sky! This is one special week for our programme, its Valentine’s Day tomorrow and in my home country, Italy we love to cook especially for our partners! This week I have created one of my own special and one of Sky’s client favourites, Oxtail ravioli.  I am from a town near Venice and for this same reason I wanted to prepare pasta and what better day to cook this than on Valentine’s day.

 If you are joining us for dinner don’t forget to try this dish, it really is exquisite!
